Services
We provide AI automation, chatbot and AI agent development, WhatsApp and email automation, CRM and data integrations, business process automation, and website or SaaS development.
The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement. Anything not listed there is out of scope until agreed in writing.
Pricing and payments
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. Final pricing depends on project scope, integrations, AI model usage, infrastructure and implementation complexity.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after an advance payment, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery. Recurring costs for third-party tools, hosting, messaging and AI usage are billed to or paid directly by the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, content and approvals, and for ensuring they have the right to share any data used in the project. Delays in access or feedback may shift delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the client owns the custom workflows, code and content we build specifically for them.
Mohini Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks and know-how, and may reuse them across projects.
Third-party tools
Our solutions rely on third-party platforms such as messaging providers, CRMs, hosting, automation platforms and AI model providers. Their availability, pricing, policies and rate limits are outside our control, and their terms apply to your use of them.
Service limitations
Automations and AI outputs can be affected by third-party outages, API changes and unexpected inputs. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate and should be reviewed where accuracy matters.
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue figures or uninterrupted operation. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
Cancellations and refunds
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and third-party costs already incurred up to that date remain payable.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started; where little or no work has been delivered, we will consider a fair partial refund case by case. Ongoing retainers can be cancelled with notice as stated in the agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during a project confidential and to use it only for delivering the work.
